Notes

A little over 3 miles to warm up, then 4 sets of 30 30 60 with double time recovery. Accidentally did 3x30s in the first set, didn't even realize until after the run. Ran with Logan after he texted me early this afternoon about going for a run. Felt pretty decent considering the heat and humidity. Last set was tough, mostly because Logan was keeping me honest.

Had originally planned for some track work today but this was way more fun, on dirt, and I'm not even sure why I need to do track work right now.
