Late run starting around 10 after getting together with Liz. I was going to run early but you know. Felt pretty good on this run, although I'm often slower than I feel at night. Did the normal extended Honey loop with 20 minutes of running on the turf on the way back. Lats are still creamed but felt pretty good otherwise.
