Notes

Ran Logan and Connor's workout with them today. 2 x (8x 1 min @ 5K / 1 min easy) with 3 minutes between sets. I started out with Logan but after 3 or 4 reps it was pretty clear that I wasn't running 5k effort. I let him slip away a little each rep and then turned around with Connor and finished with him. The second half of the workout was a little harder than I anticipated but very do-able. Connor definitely ran the last 2 reps hard and was getting competitive and I let him have those. This was a great workout for me and I didn't need to prove anything to a) someone I don't know that well and b) a guy who was a senior in high school about 6 weeks ago.
