With Lucas! Enjoyed catching up and running some trails. A little rooty/rocky for running anything close to a typical pace but this was still a good time. Achilles didn't feel awesome but didn't feel bad. The run was probably about 15 minutes longer than I really felt like today but we didn't know how long the 6ish mile lap of the res would take us.
