[8 x 100m relaxed strides]. With thelma. 10 minute joggy warm-up. a bit of stretching. not enough of a warmup, nor a proper one, but just don't care about anything. had to put away sadness but breathing is impossible. super shallow just to get through. legs don't hurt or anything. knew i had lots in the tank, just can't access right now. saw the incline, wanted to walk, curl up and lie down. stop breathing. didn't matter. doesn't matter, so just slowed to keep going. will practice pushing air out to stop the panic breathing.
