Notes

OK, kind of cheated on this one. Was supposed to be: 15 min wu; 6 min @10 km pace; 3 min jogging rest; 6 X 1 min @ 5 km pace w/ 45 sec jogging rest; 15 min wd. What it was: 30 min wu; 6 min @10 km pace (well, faster than the wu anyway!); 3 min easier; 6 X 1 min @ 5 km pace w/ 1 min easier. I guess this explains why I was able to catch my breath between the 1 min. intervals haha. Sauna'd for a loooong time--almost fell asleep in there!
