Been biking slowly, walking Lucas to & from school (4 miles), stretching, core...but nothing aerobic. Nothing like making matters worse for yourself! So, got into the pool for some pool running today. Didn't end up following the training plan since I've missed so much, I figure more has got to be better than just 30 minutes. This was a no-belt pool run and easy is never easy doing that. Last 10 minutes, legs were just kind of flopping about like the Little Mermaid. There wasn't any point to that 10 minutes except psychologically, I know I need to hang on for those longer "runs."
