It took my garmin 6 minutes to find a satellite, so I added .6 miles to the total.
Anyway, first 4 miles felt terrible. My legs were tired and sore and I just felt bad. After around mile 6, I started feeling a bit better and then as every mile clicked along, I felt better and better. The last two miles, I purposely tried to slow down. No need to get too crazy.
