Notes

Hamstrings were pretty sore, but they hurt more to walk than they did to run, so that's good. I felt great for this run, it felt like we were pushing the pace a bit and then of course I had to stop and walk some on the hills (goddamn I am so mentally weak about those hills). Overall, good run.
