Ran the first 4 on trails so GPS free on this one... at first I thought the pace seemed quick but every spot check I did was right on the money (actually the last 2 miles were even short!) so what the heck, I'll keep it. I felt pretty good today, calves were a little tight but in a good way. Another 97% pain free run so I think we good! Run felt like it went by pretty quickly, probably because of the trail miles. Can dig it.
