I don't know what happened today. Something is definitely wrong with me this weekend. 3 miles in, cruising along just fine... then fourth started getting really shitty. Felt light-headed and drained, and legs felt like lead. FOUR FRIGGIN MILES IN. Turned towards home... figured if I started feeling better I'd get it done on the way, but nope, shuffled the whole way home.

Whatever, shit day, shit weekend. I'm going to make sure I'm eating and drinking enough, but since I didn't make any changes recently, let's hope I'm sick or something. Just got to move on to the next day. Wise man once said, "just keep loggin' em"

(forgot to turn auto-lap back on, hence the weird splits. Also, manually changing splits will reveal some breaks where I was trying to compose myself.)

At least I got a decent 12 in on Wed. The week isn't completely devoid of anything resembling a long run. But c'mon, had a route planned and everything! Ugh.
