Notes

Well no great reason why I didn't run yesterday. I had to work for close to a full day (special circumstances) but probably still could have gotten something in. Oh well, if I'm calling that "week 1," it would be a 6 day week anyway. Anyway, today was CRAZY humid! It was really oppressive but got through it. Nothing special, waiting on my pass to the other trails.

Just this one Sunday. The plant had a routine shut down last week and they're starting back up starting Saturday night, so it was just educational because that sort of thing only happens once a year.
