From 10-50, 5min@10K, 5min easy
Felt good today, was up with or a step behind TyGa the whole time. First one actually felt the worst, and got into a groove after that. Our hards were probably a little too hard (the downhill 3rd was right about 5 min mile, flat 4th around 5:10 pace), and easies maybe a bit too easy, but I'm satisfied.
