Notes
Another good day. The wonders of 8 hours of sleep! Ran on the Albany bike path, ended the run right before the big hill and walked back. Ran with Livote, Rob, and Eddy for the first half because we let the distance trio do their thing. A couple minutes before we turned, I felt really good and started cooking, ran the last 45 on my own. I don't know how accurate the map is, but it's telling me just sub 7:00 way out, 6:30ish way back. Probably a little fast but wouldn't be surprised... was pushing some parts on the way back but was mostly just keeping it smooth.
Nap time.
