Felt pretty beat for most of the day. Didn't get great sleep last night. Just turned on some HoR and went on autopilot for a little while keeping it ez pz. Don't know why these shoes hurt my foot now... the ones I wore yesterday didn't and these didn't until about a week ago! Otherwise Achilles sore but pretty pain free elsewhere.
