Felt super drained, was NOT in the mood to run a second time, much less workout, but I know I need it. This ended up being surprisingly TUFF. On roads in trainers, tried to make it so that the on portions were on relatively straight segments so I could get a good GPS reading and keep momentum. Had a hard time getting the pace right to start; pretty sure the first 30s of the first rep were over 6. After that, it was relatively consistent I suppose. The slower reps were typically the ones with more turns or where I had to run on uneven grass to avoid traffic, etc., so no big difference really. Some reps went fast to slow, some slow to fast, but in the end they'd all average about the same I guess.

Not a great day but I'm glad I got it done. This includes warm-up but not cool-down, don't know why I did it that way.
