Morning shakeout... BEFORE breakfast! Haven't done that in a while. Felt good, nice fall day actually!

DAMN I just realized I didn't even do the right workout for this week the other day! I messed something up in the training plan when I was shuffling things around for last week and never went back to fix it! Oh well. It was supposed to be 4x1T, 2T, so really not any harder.
