Ran with Tyler and Parker again, run felt easy AF. Not that 6:47 is all that fast but if you had told me it was 7:15 I would have been like "ok sounds right." CRAZY foggy out, it was like cars were appearing out of nowhere! We had to take a tree watering break around 1 and a... warming up break around 3.5 for the unnamed runner among us who decided to wear shorts today. Nice run, went by fast. Pretty flat roads.
