Another tough workout, but a good one still. Calves were hella tight today. Joe and I fell off the other guys after the first set, but we pushed each other well on the next few sets. Turned around after 2 and negative split on the way back.
Mapping as best as I can, fartlek portion was between 6:00 and 6:10 (3.7 in 22:30), which should mean good quality for the fast parts.
