Just not my day, but it's okay. I definitely have not been taking care of myself lately in terms of getting proper sleep and addressing aches and pains, so I got to the point where I thought I was doing more harm than good and cut my losses for the day. Definitely had some aches that were urging me to stop, plus I was especially exhausted, so I went home, did some good treatment, and got some good sleep. Kind of a bummer that I haven't really had a solid weekday workout in a little while but right now the #1 goal is to get to the Bridge Run injury free, even if not in top shape (never really planned to be in top shape by it anyway, still thinking longer term).

Hey, better Wednesday than last two weeks at least...
