Notes
Bleh still not early enough but certainly better than I have been doing. Started off fine (though I was already pretty drenched by 3) but got up to 85 (HI ~95) by the end a and I was on my way to fading fast. Overall legs felt pretty alright, though I started noticing my foot after about 5. Again, not really painful, just achy... feeling it a little bit more after the fact now but that tends to be the case. Massaged calf a little at 5, grabbed some water at 10 from the golf course (and so did two other runners as I was leaving so I don't feel bad about it), Took my foot off the gas from 6 onwards as it started getting warmer, nbd. Just your typical tour of Daniel Island route. Trails might have shorted me a tiny bit but who gaf.
Another step in the right direction.
