Notes

Good run. Wanted this to be a hard day without being a full-on workout (planning a harder day on Saturday, "long" Sun, recov Mon, light 200s or something Tues, easy Wed, ARMORY Thurs). Calling it a progression because that's what it ended up being but it wasn't strictly the intention. Mapped beforehand so I could spot check some miles.

Felt good. I mean it's not blazing but it's pretty good for around here. I liked the gel lyte 3s a lot more today... probably just didn't notice much difference yesterday because it was so slow, but the faster I got today the more I liked the shoe.
