I was torn on this one since I'm still not sure about racing! Typically I like short and easy 2 days before a race. But on the other hand, I would like to get to 70 this week still and it'll be tough to do without at least one of today or tomorrow at 10, plus another recovery run would mean 2 recovery runs and an off day in the past 4 days. So it was an internal struggle throughout the run but mostly ended up at a longer easy/recovery run. Kind of felt junky from 4-6 but really loosened up on the last 3.

Finished up with two hard, short strides just to keep from getting too stale.
