Down in SC and accompanied by not Ronnie but Joe Frank on the bike what what??? Run was at least this fast and almost definitely faster. Bike accompaniment + flat flat SC + not killer weather = faster runs. Not really looking forward to tomorrow, though. Especially because I used up all sorts of loops and roads today... But anyway, gradually picked up throughout the run and was in a nice cruise by the end.
Not digging all the concrete down here, but I guess it's not hard to hop on some grass. Not that anything is really hurting, but I don't want it to...
EDIT It's because Ronnie is at work not because she doesn't like me that she didn't bike with me
