Definitely was feeling kinda crappy today after yesterday but the pace turned out fine. Rob, Joe, and I stayed back just a tad on the first half, let our legs warm up a bit and ease into things after yesterday, but then gradually closed the gap during the second half and ran the last 20 or whatever together. Felt better by the end but still a little drained. Hoppin on dat roller today.
Don't think I'll double today, going to keep it at 9 runs this week. Will put it at 63-64, and will probably drop to mid/low 50s this week?
