Just a typical recovery day. The usual "legs tired but not sore, achilles achy to start, kept the pace slow," etc. etc.
Running the 3k this weekend! Last minute addition to Upstate thanks to JML's insider info and unwavering unconditional unstoppable kindness. Little worried about my ability to run a fast 3K right now but looking back to XC, I can't find a workout that I couldn't do now, so hoping to be able to squeak out a PR even though I'm not sharp at all yet. But, strength = speed, and I'm feeling pretty strong right now!
(either way, it's first and foremost a Cap Dis rust buster)
