Hm ran the exact same route as last week 80sec faster, but it came out to a slower pace by 1s/mi! WHAT A MYSTERY. I shouldn't gripe so much, the non-GPS calculation it's very good for what it is. But, once upon a time I was swearing by it and now it's proving to be a little more erratic than I thought. I feel BETRAYED. I assume that last week was pretty much right and this week was more like 7:07, but WHATEVA WHATEVA it's all about that effort, baby.
I give the hip two more days TOPS before it's off my mind for good. I felt nothing until 8 and only felt the tiniest of tugs until the end due to a few bad steps I think.
