Felt pretty durn good today so I bet this was faster than what I'm logging (no GPS), but did a slightly different ~10 than the last few weeks so no direct comparison. Did 10x40-45s pickups on every half mile after 3. Was worried I'd be dehydrated because I forgot my water bottle at home and have a harder time remembering to drink without it but managed fine. Either fitter, more acclimated, or both... dgaf as long as the runs get easier.
