These are hopefully accurate, always wary of mapping short distances. Wanted to get a feel for 3k pace but 200s alone on a road at the end of an easy run are hardly similar to running a JACKED UP 3k on race day, so who knows how much that helped. I know I'm at least physically capable of running one 36, so just need 14 more of those! Odds were a slight downhill and evens a slight up, so they balance out to ~35. Good enough
