Mostly an easy run but there wee some fast segments in there as I continued my strava conquest of DI. I believe I took aim at 6, all but 1 between .3 and .5 mi, and pace on those 5 from 4:50 to 5:20. Otherwise mostly running at around 7:30 pace.
