Nice day, likely to be the only run of the day. Ronnie and I checked out a wedding venue at the bridge park and then I ran there again. Felt pretty decent, Achilles still a little sore compared to the past few weeks, but run ended up pretty reasonable. Didn't really feel anything in the legs after the run last week so decided to push a little harder on the ups and downs. Still very manageable but definitely a bit quicker this time around. Much cooler day today, but faced a pretty stiff headwind on the way back. Didn't seem to hurt the pace all that much... but note to self: no more full split shorts on the bridge...
