Taylor texted me around 10 today saying that he's planning to do 1ks with the HSers today, 3:12 pace with a min rest... i.e. very similar to what I was planning to do tomorrow, just a little faster and fewer. I was then faced with a DILEMMA... Do I forego Monday's usual recovery and take advantage of the company, or do I go the (likely smarter) path of recovering like usual? Consulted Guru Rob for his opinion and decided that I would go for a shakeout and decide. Well, yesterday felt really good, and this morning was a breeze, so figured I could go for it. This way, I can do track stuff today, tempo stuff Wednesday, and then have two rest days before a hard effort on Saturday, either find a road 5k or do 2mi TT @ 5K GP. I'll just make sure to recover HARDXC0RE tomorrow.

WO should be on the shorter side, ~5K of work slower than 5K GP, so I'm not terribly worried. It's not unheard of to do 3 non-easy days in a row, just feels weird doing something on a Monday haha.
