Gr8 run, one of those ones that just feels effortless (without crawling that is!). Another really windy day. Wasn't interested in pushing it so would have been fine spending most/all of the run over 7 but this is where the easy effort brought me... not that it was blazing but it was certainly faster than it felt. (Did have some rare non-race-day caffeine this morning, maybe I still had a little in the system haha.) Wind might have played some tricks with me in that overcompensated going into the wind without realizing it, then of course got it at my back on the other miles, but whateva don't need to think about it much, just glad to getturdun... last hump to get over before JRT+ALISON VISIT 2016, BABY
Oh yeah and the GD elastic on this pair of half tights is shot and they kept effing slowly falling down every quarter mile (hooray for multiple layers at least), but I guess I've had that pair since HS so I got my money's worth.
