Ran from Robin's place on Cannavina road in Stabler to my truck that I had left in Home Valley the night before. It's about a thousand foot elevation drop, so is pretty easy. it was cold- especially where the wind would pick up and hit me in the face. Stopped briefly to chat with Noah Adams. It was about there that I noticed a slight pain in my knee- patella, I think. Not real bad, but definitely tweaked it. The left PF didn't hurt too bad throughout. At about mile11 I noticed the left hip giving me a little trouble. Wanted to stop there but continued on. It was in a big downhill section, and I've noticed downhill has caused similar problems before. Was quite pleased to get 14 in. It's only my second day back after a month off. Yaayy. Just hope I didn't injure anything.
