Ran with Heidi & Carmen today who are faster than me, but it helps me increase my pace once in a while. I still let them run ahead of me and slowed down when I knew it wasn't "easy" anymore. They didnt' get too far ahead. I almost bailed, glad I didn't even if it was miserably hot & humid.
There are nice walkers and rude walkers out there. Some laugh & joke with you, some hog the sidewalk three abreast and don't even move over. That was what I saw on my run today.
Irritation of the day: co-worker that continues to say "Enjoy your WALK" when she knows I'm going for a run ... well, it's probably still a JOG at this point, but it's not a WALK.
