Notes

Wore HRM and tried to stay within 70-80% (126-145). Ended up mostly 145-150. This was a slower pace than I've been going (25:45 for 2 miles, ouch! ;) ). KAR went faster but had stomach issues towards the end. I had hoped to add an extra couple laps on to the end but couldn't due to the stomach issues. Will try to add more distance next time.
