25mph sustained winds from the NW... so I ran NW on Ellis to make the back half easier. After the portapotty at 3.25 I kicked it up to HME until mile 5 so that's 8 w/ 2@HMP.

Unfortunately had some trouble with the hammy so more hip hikes and foam rolling is in my future.
