Calf niggled but felt good. The Zante V1s are massively inferior to the V2s.. they just have a smaller section of material under the mid/forefoot. Also 18F with a RealFeel of 3F... I wasn't ready for that. Hamstring was excellent. There was ice in lane one so I used lane 2... I know where the markers for 200m are but not 400.
