TMI: No poop before this weeks weigh-in so it's probably ok but also up a little because beer last week.

Sleep - down overall, getting 7 most nights and I can tell as I feel much better on 8. Will try to correct this and may correct on it's own if I don't have an evening beer.

Running has gone well with the last portion of the 2x1.5 being the first "hard" running I've encountered under Jason and the long run being the first fatiguing run, mostly due to heat. I really wonder if an electrolyte drink may help rather than straight water. Downside is I can't dump it down my back. Oh well.

Both excited and terrified for the 5k this Friday... frankly it feels too soon, and too hot but I think I've made good progress and it needs to happen. Keep the first 1-2KM totally totally chill and I'll survive =)
