Fartlek: Float and Surge the uphills
Goal was to run relaxed but faster than easy (Float) and surge up the hills. Did ~2.6 WU, Fartlek until ~6 and CD to 7. Started at on Boyson on sidewalk at trailhead ran up the hill going east, the up Geode, reversed it and went up Boyson toward C to finish. Was losing form on the final uphill right shoulder was really tight so I made sure to quit (legs were also saying they're done).
