mile cutdowns at Morgan Creek Park w/ Ben.
We kept saying we would run under control and cutdown 5-10 seconds but they were just much bigger than that. The 5th mile I tapped out when I saw .25 miles @5:55 pace... probably should have gutted it out. Oh well.
