Super EZ. Focused on keeping HR low and it worked except for Memorial hill, despite the lack of sleep last night. Legs felt solid (they're amazing in the Merrel's no idea why the Sauconey set me off).

10x10sec hill sprints were done as well, no use of lap button so ... whatever the legs felt lively, walk back down for the next rep.
