HR got a bit high for a true easy run but I was also trying to hit many hills and my legs aren't used to grinding out hour long runs anymore. Felt really good to move even if the stride was kinda awkward and shuffly at times. Note that it seems to help if I pay attention to my right calf and mentally try to relax it.

No heel pain 54 minutes!! Kinda sore but totally manageable the last 6 and I'm walking around the house barefoot! This Alfredson protocol is working
