30 min up, 30 min tempo by feel. CD rest of pleasant creek loop.
Headlight is worthless now it doesn't hold a charge. I was sore especially in the quads and hips and didn't feel like I was moving well until the last 5 min of the tempo. Regardless the effort was there so week 1 of LHF prep is done and I'm feeling good.
