4x short hill 35-40 sec per rep. walk down half, jog rest

5k effort from boyson trail bridge to C ave on Boyson (.88mi) mostly uphill (hard!).
The tempo was the hardest part oddly enough. I probably had the effort a touch too high but it's my first sub7 pace in awhile. Stride got a little rough at the last minute or two.
The hills were too short to really challenge but got the legs working and really smoothed out my stride.
Uphill to C - I just kept pumping the elbows back to keep cadence high and effort was naturally up there. Not as fast as I would have liked but effort was great.
I need to do more uphill work as it really fixes my stride nicely.
