Just like Yesterday

didn't feel like I was increasing effort but around mile 6.5 I really way and just rolled with it. Need to learn to stay chill for 10 miles. Legs feel fine given all the miles, not great but also not terrible.

wanted to run Ft Snelling > hidden falls via highway 5 but the fort snelling path was closed =( oh well I got to see Minnehaha falls
