"long" sigh but honestly the legs had no trouble with this at all. the HR readings were a joke for quite a bit of this... note how it drops as I go faster ... derp. Just focused on a relaxed 170 cadence and mostly succeeded. When adam and Piper joined me for the second interval he took off like only a teenage boy can. ... lol his races are going to be funny if he ever joins XC
