Notes

First off, had a couple bad nights eating but I am down a half a pound!

Got some good sleep last night, and I feel ready to go. We'll see how much xtraining I can do with longer runs.

I stepped up to the "elite" plan for the Whoop study, hopefully this goes well.

Goal for this week: strides and 5 hours of running

Felt really amazing to run yesterday.

I need to sign up with Mines of Spain as a volunteer.
