Treadmill

Notes

Had (yet) another unco run. Was all over the treadmill even during my cool-down walk. Set speed at 10kph for first four mins, upped to 10.5kph until 8 min mark, then 11kph until 21 min mark. Ran at 12kph for nearly all of the last nine minutes. Max HR was 167 but legs still felt okay (albeit uncoordinated). Am definitely getting fitter (and leaner). Weighed myself two mornings ago and was under 65kgs for the first time in close to 18 months :-)
