No metatarsalgia flare, though i could feel it lurking, like swamp shark stalking Kristi Swanson (imdb it - awesome).
Anyway, nice upbeat but easy/contained Looper. Threw in a surge after Reserve Rd hill just to catch dude with dog, which was fun. Good run overall. Knee fine too. Today.
